Transaction Coordination
We assist real estate agents and brokers, providing transaction coordination so they are freed up to SELL real estate and not be bogged down with paperwork and follow up with title companies, lenders, Homeowner’s Associations, attorneys, etc. We put our escrow officer experience to work for you to provide expertise and knowledgeable follow up for your transactions.
For a flat fee, we can hold your clients’ hands through your entire process, with regular phone calls, text and email messages, even Zoom, FaceTime, and Microsoft Teams and face to face conferencing. We walk them through their documents, and provide you with weekly status reports, copying you on all emails sent, with accurate phone and fax logs.

With 25 back-to-back years of experience transaction coordinating for real estate agents and brokers, Kelly spent 15 years prior working in various professional fields in the San Diego, California area before realizing her calling as an escrow officer, after purchasing her first home. She gained extensive experience processing residential new sale and refinance escrows working for broker-owned and independent escrow companies in San Diego County, after starting her training working for real estate attorney Harry Haubert in Vista, CA.
Kelly has managed an in-house broker escrow division, worked for a major title insurer, and now owned and operated Quality full time since 2004. Responsiveness to clients, QUALITY work, and attention to detail are her code, leading to many repeat and referral clients over the years and decades. Honesty and Integrity are important to Kelly, who takes seriously her promises and ethics.
Married to Tony for 33 years, Kelly also enjoys kayaking, hiking on her own homegrown trails, attending her grandchildrens’ events, and having fun with her Mother, who retired to Branson to join her family here. Grown children Dylan and Tawny continue to make her proud every day.

Tony is the brains behind the scenes, doing research, preparing documents, finding solutions and new methods to meet your objectives in a fast paced technological world.
After successful careers in the United States Marine Corps and as a journeyman electrician, Tony joined Kelly in the Escrow and transaction coordination world in 2001 (yes, we’ve been working together for 20 years, married for 34), and later worked with her at Chicago Title in Escondido, CA, further expanding his knowledge and experience. Together they launched the QUALITY corporation in 2004. Tony’s extreme patience and mild mannered customer service skills have always made him a favorite with clientele, who highly value his fast typing, knowledge, and research skills.
Tony is a wonderful PaPa to the grandchildren, enjoys throwing the football and basketball around, and is an avid electric guitar player who often gets mistaken around Branson for Sammy Hagar or Robert Plant.
